Triple Trouble 7.6% ABV

There are many fabulous beer styles out there and a Belgian Tripel is one of them. This style can be described as Strong Golden Ale, but it is distinctive fruit and spice character produced by using a genuine Belgian yeast that give this beer its character. Our version uses a unique yeast strain that produces great fruit complexity; lots of pineapple, mangos and apple character.

Not satisfied with brewing one of the worlds classic beer style our guest brewer, Bec, carefully supervised by Jess decided to add a kilogram of Chamomile flowers. This has created a one-of-a-kind beer. If you enjoy a Chamomile tea you will love this beer: it has a pronounced Chamomile flavour married with fruit that makes for a refreshingly flavoursome beer that has great drinkability. Be warned, the 7.6% alcohol is hiding behind all that flavour and this beer should be enjoyed in moderation.

Hunter Stout 6.5% ABV

This Stout was brewed by Keith, who is a fan of dark beer. Designed to be big on flavour, but also have drinkability we think we have made a winner. It is very drinkable, but be warned a pint or two and your head will be spinning!

Try is a winter warmer and should be enjoyed, sip after sip, while the weather is still cold.

 Chocolate  Porter

A very tasty.....5.4% ABV

Porters are the cordials of the beer drinking world; refreshing and flavoursome. And our Chocolate Porter lives up to this description! Chocolate and mocha up front with nuts and toffee in the background. This is a very sessionable and tasty beer brewed and is an excellent example of a brown porter.

Try this beer after dinner accomapanied by some dark Belgian Chocolate. Hmmmmm...
