Smell the hops as they release their pungent aromas, taste the sweet wort as its drained from the grain bed, feel the steam as it fills the brewery, the background clatter of pumps and venting gas completes the experience.

Be an Assistant Brewer for a day!

This is a no mucking about experience. You will be working: milling malt, mashing in, digging out the tun, connecting fittings, hosing out the kettle as well as many more mundane tasks.

Well maybe, just maybe, we might be able to squeeze in a bit of beer tasting session and you can ask the brewer as many questions as you can think of.
